For Heads of Marketing and Brand

The right content, for the right use,at the right time, andin the right person's hands.

From the social post to the POS material, every channel reaches approved content in the right format and within its usage window. Whoever is publishing finds the current version without having to ask anyone for the file. With Wikimee, what goes live is what was approved.

Run a trial with one brand, one campaign or one task.

five places, and the same version in all of them

For anyone accountable for a brand in many hands who needs, every day, every region, agency and supplier to be using the same version.

Where did that asset come from?

The wrong version is born of
random downloads.

The artwork leaves the hands that made it correct. The problem starts with the shortcuts that come next. In 2026, 44% of media buyers pointed to the confused flow of creative and briefs as one of the main obstacles in the operation. Source: AMS Buyers Guide 2026.

a.

The attachment goes on to the regional team "just to get ahead" and becomes their official file.

b.

Someone asks for the logo in the group chat and gets whatever another person has on their phone.

c.

The supplier keeps the previous campaign and reuses elements without asking.

Nobody did it in bad faith. It is people solving things fast with whatever they found. Your brand became the easiest file to find.

What expires without warning.

The promotion is over, but
the poster is still on the wall.

There are mistakes no artwork review will catch. The asset is flawless, but it should not be running any more.

image rights

The photo expired in March.

The campaign kept using an image that was no longer cleared to circulate.

promotion ended

It ended on Tuesday.

By Thursday, the poster is still promising what the store cannot deliver.

celebrity contract

The contract ended.

The assets with the celebrity's image are still available to download.

updated seal

The number changed.

The old seal is still printed and published.

The expiry date is neither part of the asset nor part of the process. What expired stays in the window and keeps no history. The trail is lost until compliance calls with a legal case in hand.

But we do have a manual.

In the rush,
nobody looks at the manual.

Visual identityBrand manual

The manual exists, it looks good and it probably cost a lot. The real decision happens in the store, at the print shop and on the supplier's computer. Between the PDF and the final artwork there is a person in a hurry.

When the guideline sits in a document and the asset sits in a folder, the bridge between them is somebody's memory. Once regions, stores, agencies and suppliers come in, that memory becomes you.

“Brand consistency does not scale on heroics.”

The clean-up that is always left for later.

Your drive cannot become
a digital shoe rack.

A shoe rack starts out tidy. Over time it holds the new trainers, the old shoes, the unlabelled box and the left half of a flip-flop nobody can place. Everything waits for clean-up day. The drive repeats the scene with files: it takes in the new, keeps the old and leaves the tidying for someone to do later.

The shoe-rack drive

  • Folders created by whoever saved the file
  • New and old versions side by side
  • Order that depends on a manual clean-up

Until the next clean-up, the old file is just as reachable as the current one.

The self-organising DAM

  • Content classified by brand, product and attributes
  • Access defined by the work environment
  • Permissions applied per person or team

Each person finds only the content they are allowed to use in the work they are doing.

Your drives need to grow into a DAM, Digital Asset Management.
An active system that classifies content, respects copyright and usage rights, respects the access rules of the work environment and takes out of the way whatever has expired. The library organises itself while the work happens.

Where does rework come from?

Every loop costs time, money
and strains the relationship.

Rework usually starts in the handover from the brief to the Internal Request,
in approval without clear roles, or in execution based on the wrong version.

Rework at the handoff

The Client Brief came in complete, but the objective, the constraints or the approval criteria were read differently once the work became a Creative Request.

Rework at approval

The asset reaches people in the wrong approval order, or too many people at once. Out of order feedback mixes decision with opinion and the work goes into a loop.

Rework on the version

Email, spreadsheets and parallel links keep different files in circulation. The change starts on a version that has already been replaced.

Every round of rework is one more turn of the loop: the team redoes the delivery, people are pulled in again, and the only thing moving is the deadline. It burns time and cash on unpaid rework that never shows up on the spreadsheet.

Defuse that time bomb

Your brand cannot lose control
of its own content.

The Wikimee platform organises all of it at once.

Built by marketing, for marketing.

Brand manual, approved asset, current version, usage rights and the Portal of whoever publishes all live in the same data model. Wikimee can take in the whole of governance or only the part you need.

The standard stops living in a PDF.

A proactive Brand Manual.

In Wikimee, the Brand Manual stays active in the Smart Memory. With each new piece of content, you can review what was produced and the AI flags the use of logo, colour, typography, language and other brand rules.

The same control follows the master KV and every one of its adaptations. Whoever approves still decides, but receives the points to watch before approval, while there is still time to fix them.

The system structures the intake.

Versions are stacked on top of the original.

Only the current version
stays available.

As the approval cycle runs, versions are stacked on top of the original file. That lets approvers and editors compare them, while viewers see only the current version.

Expired material does not depend on someone remembering to delete it. Once it expires, it leaves the window.

From the library to whoever will use it.

Smart Portals that give
autonomy to whoever uses them.

Create Portals for all kinds of purposes. Algorithms organise personalised feeds by brand, product and attributes for each guest or team. Each person naturally reaches the content they can consume or edit. If they need something that is not available yet, a powerful search locates the file or the process, and requesting access is all it takes.

From the operation to the CMO's dashboard.

The CMO wants to know about efficiency.
You show healthy KPIs.

Approval time within SLA, a library being reused, Demands delivered on schedule and rework under control show that the budget is producing content. The dashboard breaks those indicators down by brand, product, project or campaign.

Before testing, the three questions.

Is this one more tool
for the team to swallow?

“Is this one more tool for the team to swallow?”

Run a trial with one brand, one campaign or one task. Whoever takes part uses only the slice needed to request, approve, find or publish a piece of content.

“Do people outside the team have to buy a seat?”

No. Guests do not take up a paid seat. Each person reaches only the content and the Demands shared with them.

“What do I take to the CMO and to compliance?”

For the CMO, approval time, reuse and on-time deliveries. For compliance, expiry dates, approval on record and technical documentation for the IT review.
